It was a max level thing in 5.2 so it’s possible the level scaling is weird at least for the ending encounter. I did the green fire quest way back when on my original warlock but was thinking of leveling a Nightborne Warlock with some buddies to get the heritage armor and possibly switch to it as my main in BFA. The green fire would be super cool to have. However, if it's not account wide I might just stick to my original and just race change if anything.

I’m trying to fight the final boss (Kanrethad) and I get instakilled any time he summons the imps. I stole the pit lord from him, stun him with the charge, and then use the pit lord flame breath on the imps, but they kill me in less than 2 seconds flat. Everything is scaling to my level, this feels like a raid boss instead of a quest mini boss.
